These wording changes allow for a home improvement loan program to be created prior to the implementation of a program to acquire priority properties. As part of this change, the home improvement program is included as a permitted use of the "Holland NRP Housing Fund" and $334,000 is reallocated in 1998 from Renovate/Remove Blighted Housing (Neighborhood Housing 1.A.1-3.) to Home Improvement Loans (Neighborhood Housing 1.B.5.).
2First Step08/10/01The NRP Director approved a modification to the First Step plan to reallocate $49,174 in 1996 from 249 Demolitions (Neighborhood Housing 1.A.4.) to Central Avenue Comprehensive Plan (Neighborhood Business 2.A.1.). The modification also revises the wording of Central Avenue Comprehensive Plan (Neighborhood Business 2.A.1.) to include additional activities.
3First Step03/21/03The NRP Director approved a modification to the First Step plan to reallocate $20,600 in the following manner: (1) $3,500 in 1998 is reallocated from Decibel Meters for Police Department (Neighborhood Crime and Safety 4.A.4.) to Maintain Neighborhood Office (General Implementation Expenses 7.A.2.); and (2) $17,100 in 1998 from Police Buy-Back (Crime and Safety 4.A.5.) to Implementation Coordinator (General Implementation Expenses 7.A.1.).
